Edward Ssendiwala, CPAU, FCCA
Managing partner
Edward is the Managing Partner at Tervuren GMS. He provides overall leadership,
planning, and report review. Edward leads a group of professionals that understand
the environment in Uganda and Africa.
He has over 18 years of professional
experience drawn from the United Kingdom, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, Caribbean,
Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia, etc. He has in-depth knowledge of International Financial
Reporting Standards local and international taxation. He previously worked with
KPMG in the Cayman Islands Mazars channel Islands, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and
Crowe.
Edward has carried out statutory audits for a wide range of companies
including manufacturing, financial services, Telecom Companies, and Banks, and has
been part of several values for money audits for various donor-funded projects and
other public and private sector clients.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of
the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK), a member of the
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU)
