Recruitement

We begin by collecting resumes from a variety of sources including career fairs, campus events, job postings, and referrals. Your resume and qualifications will then be reviewed by our recruiting team. If your skills and interests match one of our available positions, we’ll connect you to our hiring process, which typically follows the steps outlined below.

Our Process

We’ll set up one or two 30-minute face-to-face interviews at the career center. We’ll get to know you, understand your objectives, and evaluate your qualifications. You’ll have the opportunity to share details about your experiences, skills, and knowledge. You’ll be asked a variety of questions about your work history, educational background, and extra curricular involvement.
The next step is to visit Tervuren GMS Office. You’ll hear about what it’s like to work at Tervuren GMS, and the team will have a chance to learn more about you through the course of the day.
At the end of your office visit, we’ll collect feedback and determine if we’re ready to extend an offer. Should we feel you’d be a fit for Tervuren GMS, you’ll be made a formal offer of employment typically within two weeks.
Once you accept our offer, we will stay in touch through our outreach program until your start date.
